[She spends the time city watching, and when he returns she's sitting on the lip of the roof, legs swinging over open air. She doesn't think on her fall often - purposefully - but she's glad that the experience didn't give her a fear of heights.

There's even a bottle next to her, some brand of champagne that she filched from downstairs while he was gone. It's still mostly full.

Turning when she hears him coming back, Selina bursts out laughing.]

Are you serious?

[She swings her legs back onto the roof, hopping down so she can approach him.]

I dunno, fighting a bum is pretty weird. [Reaching for his face, she turns his head for a better look at his eye, letting go when she's satisfied it's not that bad.]

But I guess you did it, so...[She pulls a beer free, and waits for him to ask for his winnings.]

[Truth be told, at that point, Bruce had nearly forgotten about his victory so much as:]

...can I have my wallet back now?

[She snorts, but pulls the wallet free from some hidden pocket in her dress, and hands it over.]

Don't worry. Everything's there.

[And it is: she's not interested in stealing from him. Not beyond the occasional car ride, anyway.]

I figured it would be.

[He knew what Selina was like around rich wallets. But he also trusted her enough to want to believe she wouldn't pull the same thing on him. They were...whatever they were, after all.]

[That satisfies her into a smile. After everything, sometimes she doubts that he still knows her, and was bracing for the offense of him checking his wallet. When it doesn't happen, she offers him the beer.]

[He accepted the beer almost without thinking, popping open the tab as he moved to find a spot to sit down. Preferably somewhere he could lean his back against support.]

[She follows, smoothing her dress down so she can sit next to him. Getting things dirty has never been a particular concern for her, not even the few nice things she owns.

Nudging him with her elbow, she smirks, recalling one of their early escapades.]
